The Supreme Court recently ruled that the right to live-in with a partner, without the certificate of marriage, was a fundamental right. The judges even quoted from mythology to quash opposition to Tamil actress Khusbhoo’s comments.
It was a misguided missile in our lives. With well knitted social fabric such comments spoil the culture and inistitution of family and marriewfge.
Case-1: Ms Radha and Mr Krishna can live together happily and have sex. They marry laterwards.
Case-2 Ms Khusbhoo and Mr Khusbhoo can live together happily and have sex. But Ms Khusbhoo marry someone else and establish a socila relationship.
In the above two cases the first one is more acceptable than next one.
Supreme Court have to make it it will support both the cases or the first only.

ఈ కుష్బూ రంజిత ఎట్సెట్రా లని ఫాలో అయితే మరి దేశం లో ఎవరు ఎవరికీ మొగుడో ..ఏ పిల్ల ఎవరికీ కూతురో ,ఏ కొడుక్కి ఎవరు నాన్నో వెతికి దేవులాడుకోవాల్సిన సౌభాఘ్యం మనకి పడుతుంది....దీన్ని సదరు సుప్రీం కోర్టు వారు ఆలోచించవలసినదెంతైనా ఉంది..
